CSC Scholarship Duration:

•The duration of the scholarship in China is 2 to 3 years for a master’s study program and 3 to 4 years for a doctoral study program including a 1-year Chinese language course for both programs.

The Wuhan University Scholarship are available for pursuing a Master’s (MS/M.Phil) and Doctoral degrees in a variety of disciplines. The master’s degree takes 2-3 academic years, while the Doctoral degree takes 3-4 academic years. The scholarship is for two years, three years, or four. Eligibility Criteria of Wuhan University CSC Scholarship:

1. Everyone having Non Chinese nationality can apply.

2. A person with good mental and physical health can apply.

3. An excellent academic record is required.

4. For a master’s degree, applicants must be under the age of 30 years.

5. For a Doctoral degree, applicants must be under the age of 40 years.

6. Students who have passed HSK level 3 can apply for the one-year Chinese language training course and then apply for the degree study.

7. Students must pass HSK level 4 when applying for Chinese-taught programs.

8. Students who have passed the HSK level should take a one-year Chinese language course before applying for the major study programs.

9. Students who have passed HSK level 5, are eligible to apply for major study programs directly.

10. You must have proficiency in the English Language if applying for English-taught programs (TOEFL 80+, IELTS 5.5+, MOI).

11. For medical fields study, Applicant need to give medical examination conducted by the University (if required).

12. Applicants must pay a USD 39 registration fee.

Documents Required for the Wuhan University Scholarship:

1. Recommendation letter (if available).

2. Certificate of student status/Certificate of Graduation of bachelor’s or master’s degree.

3. Academic transcript of bachelor’s or master’s program (if required).

4. Proof of Language proficiency (English or Chinese)/ Medium of Instruction (English).

5. CV (if required).

6. Motivation letter/statement of purpose (if any).

7. Additional Documents for Special Circumstances.

8. Copy of Valid Passport (Photo and Information Page).

9. Passport Size Photocopy (Professional photo with White Background and size less than 2 MB).

10. University Admission Offer Letter (If Already Issued).

11. Study or research plan in Chinese or English language (not more than 800 words).

12. Copy of physical examination form.

13. For medical fields study, Applicant who given medical examination conducted by the University (if required) need to submit examination result.
