Eligibility Criteria of the University of Winnipeg President’s Scholarship:
1. The candidate must have an 80% admission average.
2. Candidates must be international students.
3. The candidate should be entering the first year of any program.
4. Candidates must demonstrate leadership qualities.
5. Applicants must pay a USD 39 registration fee.
