Eligibility Criteria of Unilever Future Leaders Program:
To be eligible for Unilever Future Leaders Program, prospective applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Applicants should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution. The degree can be in any discipline, but certainly functional areas may require specific degrees.
2. Applicants should have work experience, preferably in a relevant field. This work experience can include internships, part-time or full-time jobs, and volunteer work.
3. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership potential. They should also be able to work well in a team and be willing to learn and adapt.
4. Applicants should be eligible to work in the country where they are applying for the program.
5. Applicants should be fluent in English and may need to demonstrate their proficiency in other languages, depending on the country or region they are applying to.
6. Applicants must pay a USD 39 registration fee.
