Benefits of the Skoltech University Scholarship:
1. The total tuition fee will be covered by the scholarship.
2. The standard monthly stipend for master’s students is 40,000 PUR.
3. The standard monthly stipend for PhD students is 70000 PUR.

Eligibility Criteria of the Skoltech University Scholarship in Russia:
1. All domestic and international students are eligible to apply.
2. For master’s degree scholarship: The students must have graduated from recognized universities in the final year of undergraduate studies.
3. For PhD scholarship: The students must have a master’s degree from a recognized university in a relevant field.
4. If a student has a bachelor’s or master’s in humanities, social sciences, or business, he/she must have significant training in the mentioned fields to get selected.
5. No GRE score is required.
6. If the applicant has received a degree from the university in English language TOEFL or IELTS score is not required.
7. Applicants must prove their English proficiency, as Skoltech’s instruction is in English. Accepted tests and minimum scores are:
•TOEFL iBT: 80
•TOEFL ITP: 450
•IELTS: 6.0
•These test scores must be valid for two years from the test date. Applicants with a degree from a university where English is the medium of instruction are exempt from this requirement.
8. Applicants must pay a USD 39 registration fee.

3. Academic transcript of bachelor’s or master’s program (if required).
4. Proof of Language proficiency (English)/ Medium of Instruction (English).

8. Copy of Valid Passport (Photo and Information Page).
9. Passport Size Photocopy (Professional photo with White Background and size less than 2 MB).

Scholarship Deadline:
• The registration deadline for 2025 is 7 July 2025 for Msc scholarship and 1 July 2025 for PhD scholarship program.
• The registration for 2026 is also open with a tentative deadline in July 2026!!
