Once a transaction is completed on Velox Global Consultancy, it constitutes a legally binding agreement for the selected service. Cancellations are only allowed if specifically mentioned for that service and are subject to approval at our sole discretion.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:
•If the service delivered does not match the description provided on the platform.
•If there is a clear error or omission from our side, such as missing or incomplete documentation.
If no fault is found in the service provided and the user simply wishes to cancel after confirmation, no refund or cancellation will be permitted.
All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction, along with specific details and any supporting evidence. Requests can be made by emailing us at in**@**************cy.com. Each request will be reviewed individually, and the final decision will rest with Velox Global Consultancy.
