Benefits of the President’s PhD Scholarships:
•The grant covers the full tuition fee for the PhD program.
•The scholars will receive a stipend of £25,150 per year to meet the living cost.
•The scholars will receive a consumable fluid of £2000 per year for the first three years of their PhD program.
•The students will receive tailored assistance i.e. assistance to students with disabilities and visa assistance to the international students.
•International students will have free English Language Courses and access to different clubs, and communities of the college.
Eligibility Criteria of President’s PhD Scholarships:
1. The candidates can be from any nationality.
2.cThe candidates must have a first-class bachelor’s or master’s UK degree or equivalent.
3. The candidates who have stand-alone master’s degrees must have or are about to have a distinction in their relevant program.
4. The candidates who have multiple standalone master’s degrees, one of their degrees has the distinction as well as must be relevant to their proposed PhD program.
5. Only those candidates will be eligible who have contacted the supervisor and have received confirmation of their assistance in research work candidates.
6. Only New PhD Students are eligible, candidates who are already studying a PhD program at Imperial College London is not eligible.
7. Applicants must pay a USD 39 registration fee.
8. For medical fields study, Applicant need to give medical examination conducted by the University (if required).
Required Documents for President PhD Scholarships:
1. Recommendation letter (if available).
2. Certificate of student status/Certificate of Graduation of master’s degree.
3. Academic transcript of master’s program (if required).
4. Proof of Language proficiency (English or Korean)/ Medium of Instruction (English).
5. CV (if required).
6. Motivation letter/statement of purpose (if any).
7. Additional Documents for Special Circumstances.
8. Copy of Valid Passport (Photo and Information Page).
9. Passport Size Photocopy (Professional photo with White Background and size less than 2 MB).
10. University Admission Offer Letter (If Already Issued).
11. Research Proposal.
12. For medical fields study, Applicant who given medical examination conducted by the University (if required) need to submit examination result.
