Eligibility Criteria of the MTCP Scholarship in Malaysia:
1. Students from eligible developing nations can apply.
2. Students with the potential to grow can apply.
3. Students with excellent academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
4. Students with the passion to contribute their part in the development of their home countries should apply.
6. Students should not be above 45 years of age.
7. Second class or 3.5 CGPA in undergraduate.
8. A minimum score of 6 in IELTS or 60 in TOEFL.
9. Previous degrees should be obtained in English as a medium of instruction to be exempt from the English Proficiency Test.
10. Excellent level of health condition.
11. Applicants can only be admitted to the listed universities in Malaysia.
12. Applicants must have received the admission offer letter.
13. Applicants must pay a USD 39 registration fee.
Selection Criteria of the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP):
•Excellent academic record.

4. Proof of Language proficiency (English)/ Medium of Instruction (English).

6. Motivation letter/statement of purpose (if any).
7. Additional Documents for Special Circumstances.
8. Copy of Valid Passport (Photo and Information Page).
9. Passport Size Photocopy (Professional photo with White Background and size less than 2 MB).
