Eligibility Criteria of the Khazar University Scholarship in Azerbaijan:

1. All nationalities can apply.

2. You must have the related previous degree for the next level you are applying for.

3. Applicants applying for undergraduate programs must have completed their secondary education before the start of the academic year at Khazar University.

4. Applicants applying for the master’s program must have completed their bachelor’s degree successfully before the start of the academic year at Khazar University.

5. Applicants must pay a USD 39 registration fee.

Documents Required for the Azerbaijan Scholarship:

Please note that all of the following documents should be translated into the English language if there are in another language.

1. Recommendation letter (if available).

2. Certificate of student status/Certificate of high school or Graduation of bachelor’s or master’s degree.

3. Academic transcript of high school or bachelor’s or master’s program (if required).

4. Proof of Language proficiency (English)/ Medium of Instruction (English).

5. CV (if required).

6. Motivation letter/statement of purpose (if any).

7. Additional Documents for Special Circumstances.

8. Copy of Valid Passport (Photo and Information Page).

9. Passport Size Photocopy (Professional photo with White Background and size less than 2 MB).

10. University Admission Offer Letter (If Already Issued).

11. Medical examination certificate.

12. Research proposal mentioning the research idea, your claim towards the research, research questions, and other aspects.
