Are you looking for a chance to win a fully funded trip to Switzerland? If yes, then applications for Global Leadership Challenge (GLC) are now open for students and professionals from all over the world. The University of Oxford and the St. Gallen Symposium have launched the Global Leadership Challenge. Their mission is to empower young leaders so that they become active leaders in their local settings. It is done by developing cross-border connections to achieve sustainable development goals.
Global leadership program will select 100 young leaders to attend leadership challenge which will be delivered both online and in person. Candidates will be judged on their passion for taking on global issues and their dedication to responsible leadership. Participants in GLC week will engage in a number of seminars, workshops, and discussions with renowned academics, business professionals, and practitioners.
To apply what students will learn during international youth leadership program, they will work in small groups to create impact projects. These projects should directly address at least one of the four challenge areas to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. Projects should be related to good health and wellbeing, quality education, gender equality and climate action. The group whose project proposal is selected by the Award Jury will have the opportunity to attend the 54th St. Gallen Symposium in Switzerland.
