•The fellows will get a monthly stipend of S$ 2,200.
•The monthly stipend will be increased to S$ 2700 after qualifying for the first examination.
•The fellow will receive a one-time airfare grant of up to S$ 1500.

Eligibility Criteria of Singapore International Graduate Award:
1. The applicants must be international students.
2. The applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree.
3. The applicants must have excellent academic results.
4. The applicant must be proficient in the English language.
5. SINGA needs no specific certificate for English Language Proficiency as it can be assessed during the interview. However, an English Language Certificate/MOI can be a requirement of the individual university.
6. Singaporean nationals or candidates who already have completed tertiary education in Singapore cannot apply.
7. The applicants who wish to apply for the master’s program are not eligible.
8. Only the candidates who want to pursue their Ph.D. in science and engineering are eligible.
9. PhD courses for social sciences, humanities, economics, etc. are not eligible.
10. Applicants must pay a USD 39 registration fee.

2. Certificate of student status/Certificate of Graduation of master’s degree.
3. Academic transcript of master’s program (if required).
4. Proof of Language proficiency (English)/ Medium of Instruction (English).

8. Copy of Valid Passport (Photo and Information Page).

Scholarship Deadline:
• Registration deadline for 2025 has passed.
• The registration for 2026 is open with a tentative deadline in June 2026.
