Eligibility Criteria for Erasmus Mundus M3EP Scholarship:

Applicants applying:

1. Should have either completed their Bachelor’s degree program or are in their final semester of Bachelor’s degree program.

2. Should fulfill the joint and individual admission requirements and procedures mentioned by the 5 partner institutions.

3. Should submit additional documents along with the application form if they have done their bachelor’s from a university other than 5 partner universities.

4. Must have proficiency in English language.

5. Must meet the Erasmus Mobility requirements.

6. Should not have availed another Erasmus Mundus scholarship previously.

7. Applicants must pay a USD 39 registration fee.

Documents required for Erasmus Mundus M3EP Scholarship in Europe:

1. Recommendation letter (if available).

2. Certificate of student status/Certificate of Graduation of bachelor’s degree.

4. Academic transcript of bachelor’s program (if required).

6. Proof of Language proficiency (English)/ Medium of Instruction (English).

7. CV (if required).

8. Motivation letter/statement of purpose (if any).

9. Additional Documents for Special Circumstances.

10. Copy of Valid Passport (Photo and Information Page).

11. Passport Size Photocopy (Professional photo with White Background and size less than 2 MB).

12. University Admission Offer Letter (If Already Issued).

13. Self-assessment form.

14. Course description of courses and projects form.

15. Proof of your current country of residence.
