The Deloitte One Young World Scholarship 2026, a transformative fully funded leadership catalyst, invites global change pioneers to converge at the climate and education summit hub during the One Young World (OYW) Summit in Munich, Germany. Launched by Deloitte in partnership with One Young World, a global youth leadership platform founded in 2009, this four-day international summit unites 2,000+ young leaders from 190+ countries to accelerate social impact through innovative solutions in climate action and education transformation, aligning with UN SDGs like SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 13 (Climate Action). With a $1 million budget, the program supports eight fellows, expecting 10,000+ applications. Fellows engage in a global impact ecosystem, fostering cross-border leadership networks.

The climate and education summit hub empowers fellows to address pressing global challenges, tackling 1.5°C climate thresholds (IPCC, 2024) and 260 million children out of school (UNESCO, 2024), with 80% of OYW alumni driving policy changes (OYW Report, 2024). Fellows participate in interactive workshops, keynote sessions, and solution-driven panels, producing 100+ impact initiatives, showcased at Munich’s Olympic Park or ICM Messe Munich, a 100% green energy venue. Focus areas include AI-driven carbon reduction, circular economy models, and inclusive education frameworks. A virtual pre-summit orientation introduces OYW’s digital platform, offering 1 million+ resources via Deloitte’s WorldClass archives, UN SDG datasets, and Global Youth Forum libraries, fueling leadership excellence.

Fellows immerse in Global Impact Dialogues, virtual innovation labs, and mentorship sessions with experts from 150+ countries, connecting with Fortune 500 leaders, policymakers, and NGO pioneers at Munich’s iconic venues. The global leadership odyssey features Deloitte-hosted masterclasses, UN SDG roundtables, and site visits to BMW’s innovation hub or Siemens’ sustainability labs, amplifying 500+ collaborations. Partnerships with World Economic Forum, UNICEF, and Global Citizen enhance global impact ecosystems, supporting 1,000+ youth-led projects annually. Fellows contribute to OYW’s Global Consultation Process, shaping Plenary Challenges like Responsible Tech and Peace and Security. OYW’s Inclusive Leadership Initiatives host 300+ events, with 50% fellows from underrepresented regions.

Since 2009, One Young World has convened 15,000+ delegates, with Deloitte’s WorldClass initiative empowering 100 million people by 2030. The 2024 Montreal Summit saw 2,500+ delegates, with 12 Deloitte scholars influencing EU climate policies and African education frameworks. Plans to expand ties with Global Innovation Summit, Asia-Pacific Youth Forum, and African Leadership Network aim to spark 30,000+ collaborations. Conducted in English, with digital access via OYW’s platform, the summit ensures inclusivity. The Deloitte OYW Framework emphasizes innovation, sustainability, and global equity.
