Eligibility Criteria of Dalian University CSC Scholarship:

1. Candidates must be non-Chinese citizens.

2. Candidates from around the world are eligible for the program.

3. Students must meet the language requirements for the specified degrees.

4. HSK certificate will be required for Chinese-taught programs. HSK 4 180 or more for specialization in science, technology, economics, and management. HSK 5 180 or more for specialization in humanities, philosophy, and social sciences.

5. For English language courses, the IELTS score must be 5. 5, or higher and for TOEFL, the score must be 80 or higher.

6. Applicants belonging to countries where English is an official language or have English as medium of Instruction are exempted from the proof of English proficiency certificate.

7. The applicants applying for master’s degrees should possess a bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35 years.

8. The applicants applying for doctoral degrees must possess a master’s degree and be under the age of 40.

9. Applicants must pay a USD 39 registration fee.

Required Documents for the DUT Chinese Government Scholarship:

1. Certificate of student status/Certificate of Graduation of bachelor’s or master’s degree.

2. Academic transcript of bachelor’s or master’s program (if required).

3. Study or research plan in Chinese or English language. It should not be more than 800 words.

4. Acceptance letter from DUT supervisors (if available).

5. Two letters of recommendation (if available).

6. Copy of physical examination form and test report.

7. Copy of Valid Passport (Photo and Information Page).

8. HSK, IELTS, TOEFL, MOI etc.

9. Certificate declaring your non-criminal.

10. Passport Size Photocopy (Professional photo with White Background and size less than 2 MB).

11. University Admission Offer Letter (If Already Issued).
