Financial Support of the Chulalongkorn University Scholarship in Thailand:
•The complete tuition fee of the scholarship holder will be covered.
•Housing accommodation will be provided.
•A monthly stipend of 16,000 Baht will be given to the students.
•The scholarship will also cover the round air ticket.
•ASEAN: 8,500 Baht per leg.
•Asian countries: 12,000 Baht per leg.
•Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Africa: 20,000 Baht per leg.
•North and South America: 30,000 Baht per leg.
Eligibility Criteria of Chulalongkorn University Scholarship in Thailand:
1. The candidate must be an international graduate student.
2. The candidate can be from ASEAN as well as from non-ASEAN countries.
3. The candidates who are the faculty members, researchers, and academic staff are highly appreciated applying.
4. The candidates must be fresh students and have not spent more than one semester at Chulalongkorn University as higher graduate students.
5. The former degree must relate to the applicant’s current selected program for a scholarship.
6. The candidates must have acquired a grade not less than 2.75 for their undergraduate and not less than 3.25 for their graduate studies.
7. The candidate must not be more than 40 years of age.
8. The candidate must be proficient in English and must have undergone the English proficiency test. (TOFEL score not less than 500 and IELTS not less than 5.0) or have MOI in English.
9. The candidates must be in good health.
10. The candidates are not allowed to do employment in the country during the time of their degree.
11. 8. Applicants must pay a USD 39 registration fee.
12. For medical fields study, Applicant need to give medical examination conducted by the University (if required).
Documents Required for Chulalongkorn University Thailand Scholarship:
1. Recommendation letter (if available).
2. Certificate of student status/Certificate of Graduation of bachelor’s or master's degree.
3. Academic transcript of bachelor’s or master's program (if required).
4. Proof of Language proficiency (English)/ Medium of Instruction (English).
5. CV (if required).
6. Motivation letter/statement of purpose (if any).
7. Additional Documents for Special Circumstances.
8. Copy of Valid Passport (Photo and Information Page).
9. Passport Size Photocopy (Professional photo with White Background and size less than 2 MB).
10. University Admission Offer Letter (If Already Issued).
11. A medical certificate from the hospital of the home country.
12. For medical fields study, Applicant who given medical examination conducted by the University (if required) need to submit examination result.
