Benefits of the Azerbaijan Government Scholarship Program:

•There will be no tuition fee.
•Language preparatory courses will be free.
•Round way airfare will be covered by the host organization.
•A monthly allowance of 800 AZN for accommodation, daily expenses, and educational materials
will be given for all the months each year, except July and August.
•A medical allowance of 200 AZN per year will be given.
•A single-entry visa to Azerbaijan will be included.
•A temporary residence permit for each year will be given.

Eligibility Criteria for Azerbaijan Government Scholarship Program:

1. Citizens of Azerbaijan cannot apply.

2. Citizens whose citizenship in Azerbaijan has been canceled cannot apply.

3. For Undergraduate and general medicine programs, candidates over 35 years.

4. For Graduate medical residency programs, candidates over 40 years.

5. For Doctoral programs, candidates over 45 years.

6. A candidate who has more than one nationality can submit only one application.

7. Only nominated applications by the respective country’ Government authorities will be considered.

8. Candidates must be in good health.

9. For medical fields study, Applicant need to give medical examination conducted by the University (if required).

9. Applicants must pay a USD 39 registration fee.

1. Recommendation letter (if available).

2. Certificate of student status/Certificate of Graduation of bachelor’s or master’s degree.

3. Academic transcript of bachelor’s or master’s program (if required).

4. Proof of Language proficiency (English)/ Medium of Instruction (English).

5. CV (if required).

6. Motivation letter/statement of purpose (if any).

7. Additional Documents for Special Circumstances.

8. Copy of Valid Passport (Photo and Information Page).

9. Passport Size Photocopy (Professional photo with White Background and size less than 2 MB).

10. University Admission Offer Letter (If Already Issued).

11. Copy of medical fitness certificate.

12. Any local or international awards won by the applicant.

13. All the submitted documents should be in Azerbaijani, Turkish, English, or Russian language.

14. All documentation should be submitted in PDF Format.

15. For medical fields study, Applicant who given medical examination conducted by the University (if required) need to submit examination result.
