The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program (ADEL) 2026, a transformative fully funded leadership catalyst, invites global change architects to a dynamic policy hub in Rabat, Morocco. Hosted by the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS), a Moroccan think tank founded in 2014, this six-day leadership odyssey, empowers 40 young leaders to shape cross-regional policies addressing climate change, economic equity, governance, and migration, aligning with UN SDG 13 (Climate Action) and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice). With a $1.8 million budget, ADEL expects 1,000+ applications, fostering 500+ policy initiatives since 2012. Fellows engage in a global impact ecosystem, building transatlantic networks with policymakers, think tank leaders, and peers from Africa, Europe, and the Americas.

The dynamic policy hub amplifies visionary leadership, enabling fellows to craft innovative solutions for Atlantic Basin challenges, with 75% of alumni influencing regional policies in Morocco, Nigeria, and Brazil (PCNS Report, 2024). The program begins with a leadership immersion, featuring interactive workshops on policy design, systems thinking, and cross-cultural dialogue, led by experts like Karim El Aynaoui, PCNS Executive President. Fellows participate in site visits to Rabat’s cultural landmarks and think tanks, sparking 200+ collaborative projects. The program culminates in the Atlantic Dialogues Conference, a high-level forum engaging 300+ global decision-makers from UN, World Bank, and African Union.

Virtual pre-program sessions via Zoom explore Wider Atlantic dynamics, connecting fellows with 100+ alumni for mentorship. Post-conference, fellows contribute policy briefs and op-eds to PCNS’s Atlantic Currents, reaching 50,000+ readers annually. Partnerships with German Marshall Fund (GMF), OECD, and Atlantic Council amplify 400+ policy solutions yearly. ADEL integrates AI-driven policy tools, with plans to expand ties with UNECA, trending for 10,000+ collaborations.

Since 2012, ADEL has empowered 450+ leaders, with cohort launching 150+ initiatives in Kenya, Canada, and Portugal. Conducted in English, with 5–10 hours weekly virtual commitment and full in-person engagement, it ensures accessibility. The PCNS Framework, rooted in South-North dialogue, champions policy innovation, cross-cultural exchange, and sustainable development. ADEL’s alumni network, spanning 60+ countries, fosters lifelong collaboration, with plans for a digital policy platform to enhance impact.
