ASEF Young Leaders Summit is a fully funded youth summit organized by the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) for young leaders from across Asia and Europe. This summit offers a unique platform for youth to connect, collaborate, and contribute to shaping a human-centered, inclusive, and sustainable future through ASEFYLS6 – a holistic leadership development program. The initiative focuses on building leadership capacity across three levels: self-leadership, team leadership, and societal leadership. This year’s theme is ‘Leadership & Society 5.0’.

Society 5.0 is a vision of the future where technology is integrated into every aspect of life to address social challenges while ensuring economic growth. The summit will explore what kind of leadership is essential for such a future and how young changemakers can equip themselves to lead ethically, sustainably, and digitally. ASEFYLS6 aims to cultivate innovation, intercultural understanding, and a sense of global responsibility among its participants.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in deep conversations, share perspectives, and work in diverse teams throughout the youth forum It’s an ideal opportunity for passionate individuals who want to create meaningful change in their communities and beyond. The ASEF summit also serves as a platform to build long-lasting cross-cultural friendships and networks that extend beyond the event itself. Participants will gain not only knowledge but also valuable global exposure.
