Call for applications for the International Volunteers Forum Azerbaijan. In connection with the announcement of as the “Year of Volunteers” in Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan in partnership with the Organization of İslamic Cooperation General Secretariat (OİC GS) and the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF), will organize the International Youth Forum of Volunteers. The fully-funded international youth forum will be run from February 27 – 28 February, Baku.

The Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum ICYF will cover all the expenses of the selected candidates. There is no application fees and no need for any English language test for the Azerbaijan youth forum’s application/ 

The Organizing Committee of Ministry of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan and Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum and ICYF Eurasian Regional Center will evaluate applications until February 12.

The objective of the International Volunteers Forum:

•Promoting volunteerism.
•Creating platforms for youth participation in the volunteer movement.

•Official invitations will be provided by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the visa arrangements of selected participants.

Eligibility Criteria

•Participant Should be from the OIC Member States
•16 to 30 years old who have direct experience in the volunteer movement will be invited
•Representatives of governmental bodies responsible for implementing youth policy, Youth NGOs’ representatives
•Young leaders, professionals, volunteers, and experts
•The main criteria for selecting participants will be focused on past experiences in volunteerism and motivation.
