YPF Georgia Leadership Fellowship Banner

The YPF Georgia Leadership Fellowship 2026, a premier fully funded youth leadership program, invites youth change architects to engage in a global change leadership hub at the Tbilisi Marriott Hotel in Tbilisi, Georgia. This 4-day program unites 150–200 young leaders from 100+ countries in a collaborative leadership nexus. Since 2018, YPF, hosted by the Young Professional Fellowship organization, has empowered 5,000+ changemakers across Brazil, Indonesia, Turkey, and Uzbekistan to address climate change, social inequality, and AI-driven career shifts, with a $2 million investment in youth leadership. Fellows join a diverse cohort, fostering global collaboration and cultural synergy.

The global change leadership hub program immerses fellows in experiential learning under the theme “Empowering Youth to Lead in an Evolving World”, tackling UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through climate action, ethical governance, and digital advocacy. Fellows explore topics like AI-driven policy solutions, gender equity frameworks, or sustainable urban planning, using tools such as strategic planning frameworks, crisis simulation software, and advocacy platforms, with 90% reporting enhanced leadership skills (YPF Report, 2024). The program features expert-led workshops, panel discussions, cultural exchange sessions, and action-based projects, with fellows producing 50+ actionable initiatives annually. Applicants apply via YPF’s online portal.

Fellows engage in Global Leadership Dialogues, virtual advocacy roundtables, and interfaith harmony sessions, connecting with peers from Africa, Asia, Europe, and beyond. Georgian cultural odyssey includes Tbilisi’s Old Town tours, Svetitskhoveli Cathedral visits, khachapuri-making workshops, or virtual cultural webinars, with 85% reporting enriched global perspectives. Partnerships with UNDP Georgia, European Youth Forum, and Asian leadership networks offer insights into global governance ecosystems. Fellows present solutions at a closing impact summit, advancing collaborative leadership nexus goals. The YPF Inclusion Network hosts 40+ events annually, promoting diversity.

Hosted in Tbilisi’s vibrant Rustaveli Avenue, the Tbilisi Marriott Hotel, a 1915 architectural landmark with 127 luxurious rooms, provides a dynamic setting with modern conference facilities. Since 2018, 10,000+ fellows have shaped global leadership, with 70% leading community initiatives. Plans to expand ties with MIT Solve, World Economic Forum, and African youth hubs aim to grow 50,000+ collaborations. The English-medium program, with Georgian cultural workshops, ensures accessibility. The YPF SDG Framework aligns initiatives with global challenges.

Join YPF’s youth change architects to ignite fully funded youth leadership program, forge global alliances, and shape a transformative future with YPF Georgia Leadership Fellowship 2026!
