Vital Voices Global Fellowship (VVGF) is a unique opportunity for women leaders from diverse backgrounds to strengthen their skills, promote collaboration, and share ideas. The world is facing challenges like climate crisis, racial injustices, violence against women and girls, growing economic divides, and many others. From the past 25 years, Vital Voices Global Partnership has been supporting women leaders in solving these problems. Through this international leadership program, women leaders can play their part to solve issues that are affecting people within communities and all around the world. Vital Voices acts as “venture catalysts” and selects women leaders who have a strong desire to bring change and collaborates with them to turn their vision into reality.

The goal of Vital Voices fellowship program is to enhance the impact of global critical challenges addressed by women, support purposeful collaboration between change makers, and equip fellows with necessary tools to promote Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This 10-month fully funded fellowship invites women from two domains which include Social Entrepreneurship (VV Venture) and Public Leadership (VV Engage). This sponsored fellowship program will also promote multi-sector alliances to bring systematic change. During this global fellowship program, participants will get leadership training through Vital Voices Leadership Journey.

This fellowship program for international participants will provide access to Vital Voices Community Hub and support the Vital Voices Global Network of change-makers for guidance, mentorship, and collaborative learning. Participants will get an opportunity to extend cross-pillar collaborations by doing partnerships with social entrepreneurs, change makers, public leaders, and civil society leaders to develop innovative solutions. Fellows will attend an in-person convention to deepen their knowledge and build relationships with their peers. After completing this leadership fellowship program successfully, participants will get a certificate of completion.

Eligibility Criteria for Vital Voices Global Fellowship:

Applicants have to meet the following criteria: 

•Should identify as a woman.
•Must be proficient in English language.
•Must be minimum 18 years old while applying for this program.
•Should demonstrate a dedication to promoting the Sustainable Development Goals through their leadership, entrepreneurship, or public service.
•Should be available to fully participate in the fellowship and engage with distinctive women leaders across sectors.
•Must fulfill the eligibility criteria of specific pillars (VV Engage or VV Venture).
•Can apply in both pillars if they meet individual criteria of both categories.
