Scholarship Value of MEXT Undergraduate Scholarship in Japan:
•The MEXT Bachelor’s scholarship will be covering all the expenses including:

Allowance:
•117,000 yen per month
•2000 yen or 3000 yen/per month – supplemental regional allowance
Traveling Expenses:
•Expenses of the local transportation will be covered
•Flight from Pakistan to Japan will be covered
•Flight from Japan to Pakistan will be covered
Eligibility Criteria for MEXT Undergraduate Scholarship in Japan:
1. Nationality: Applicant must be a citizen of Pakistan.
2. Age: Applicant must be born on or after April 2, 1998.
3. Health: Applicants must be medical fit.
4. Japanese Language: Applicants must be interested in learning the Japanese language.
5. Academic Background: Applicants must have completed 12 years of schooling in their home country.
6. Applicants must pay a USD 39 registration fee.

1. Recommendation letter (if available).
2. Certificate of student status/Certificate of high school degree.
3. Academic transcript of high school program (if required).
4. Proof of Language proficiency (English)/ Medium of Instruction (English).

6. Motivation letter/statement of purpose (if any).
7. Additional Documents for Special Circumstances.
8. Copy of Valid Passport (Photo and Information Page).
9. Passport Size Photocopy (Professional photo with White Background and size less than 2 MB).
10. University Admission Offer Letter (If Already Issued).
11. Medical Certificate.
12. Hope certificate issued by the Institute.
