Eligibility Criteria for China Link Scholarship Program:

1. Citizens from countries around the world can apply except the Republic of China.

2. Candidates applying should have good moral character.

3. Candidates should have an excellent academic background.

4. Applicants should be both mentally and physically fit to avail themselves of this opportunity.

5. Candidates applying for the general scholars’ program should not be older than 45 years and senior scholars’ program should not be older than 50 years.

6. Applicants should either be registered as full-time students or as employees at CSC’s partner universities while applying.

7. Candidates should have an invitation letter from HIT University.

8. Applicants must pay a USD 39 registration fee.

Documents Required for the China Link Scholarship Program:

1. Recommendation letter (if available).

2. Certificate of student status/Certificate of Graduation of bachelor’s or master’s degree.

3. Academic transcript of bachelor’s or master’s program (if required).

4. Proof of Language proficiency (English)/ Medium of Instruction (English).

5. CV (if required).

6. Motivation letter/statement of purpose (if any).

7. Additional Documents for Special Circumstances.

8. Copy of Valid Passport (Photo and Information Page).

9. Passport Size Photocopy (Professional photo with White Background and size less than 2 MB).

10. University Admission Offer Letter (If Already Issued).

11. A letter from your current school or employment university.

12. A personal statement or a research proposal of a minimum of 500 words.

13. Personal health statement for applicants who will stay in China for less than 6 months.

14. Copy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form for applicants who will stay in China for more than 6 months.

15. Record of non-criminal report/statement.

16. Invitation letter given by HIT University.
